What is Engraved Gift Stop's policy on returns and replacements? |
|
Should you need to return an item or receive a damaged item, please Contact Us
and include your invoice number. When you receive your replacement shipment, you will find a pre-stamped, pre-addressed
envelope, ARS (Authorized Return Sticker), or CT (Call Tag). Following
the instructions provided, return the damaged merchandise to us. Do not
include anything else in your return shipment. All claims must be made
within 2 business days of receipt of your order. We cannot accept
returns on any merchandise that has been personalized, unless there was
a personalization error on our end. Items that are not personalized have
a 30 day money back guarantee (less original shipping charges). |

format for personalization is pictured on each item. Our complimentary personalization is only available
in the font and format shown, no exceptions. Please note the following table for personalization styles:
